You’ll be part of the Business Development and Sales Team, contributing to the growth of magicplan by exceeding our ambitious regional revenue goals. You’ll be responsible for new account development and sell magicplan’s mobile and cloud-based enterprise solutions to a range of business customers, including large enterprise customers. This is an exciting role in a fast-paced SaaS business with a diverse application range and exposure to some of the largest companies in Germany.Build a sales pipeline, manage on-going opportunities and close sales.

  • Generate leads and identify opportunities by attending trade shows and conferences or by presenting at seminars and webinars.
  • Meet with prospects to understand their needs, identify purchase decision-makers and decision-making process criteria.
  • Provide value propositions, handle objections and prepare invoices.
  • Establish and maintain profitable partner and reseller relationships.
  • Collaborate with the Solutions Engineering team to scope customer demands and potential product customizations.
  • Support the development of targeted sales presentations for potential new clients


YOU:

  • Have 2-3 years of sales experience with a proven sales track record of exceeding targets.
  • German (Native or C1) and English (Business). Knowledge of French is an advantage.
  • National of an EU country or valid work permit for Germany respectively.
  • A team player with excellent communication skills
  • You’re a good listener, you go out of your way to understand someone’s perspective and can express yourself clearly and in a confident manner.
  • Able to prioritize a varied workload: You’re highly organized, with excellent delivery against deadlines.
  • Business travel and work outside of the office might be required.

As a plus, you:

  • Have experience and knowledge of Mobile Apps, AR, AI, Software as a Service or cloud-based enterprise software platforms
  • Have construction, Renovation/Restoration industry experience
  • Have experience as a presenter with an ability to present technical solutions concisely to small and large audiences.
